Description
We do not play in a local league, which is due to the fact that the players already
play for various clubs around the county, we do enter the North East regional
Championships annually. The standard is aimed at County league level 
and over the past 25 years or so it is fair to say that South Yorkshire
have been by  far the most active and successful of any of the Forces
in this Region. As a Force we regularly get players to the semi-finals and
finals of the Police National Championships. There are around 8 active
members at present and with Lisa Chapman and Julian Rawthore we have
the current national VETs mixed doubles champions (now champions for the last five years).
