We are extremely flexible as a venue for your conference or meeting, with good audio/visual, computer and communication facilities.
Wireless internet access is available throughout our accommodation.
Catering and refreshments to suit all needs.
The Niagara Suite
Area 26.5 meters by 12 meters - seats 250 plus - theater style and 60 board room style.
Audio visual facilities include a large electrically operated screen above the stage, ceiling mounted projector with satellite TV, CD and laptop capabilities. There is an excellent sound system with a range of microphone options available and flexible lighting. Wireless internet access.
The Rivelin Room
A pleasant room, natural daylight, bright decor - ideal for a small meeting. Seats a maximum 30 theater style and 18 in board room layout.
 | Coffee, refreshments and food are usually served just outside the room in the Falls Restaurant Bar area.
Toilets are through the bar area less than a minute away.
Water and drinking glasses are always readily to hand. |  | Rivelin has its own desktop computer complete with printer and internet access.
There is wireless internet access for laptops.
Other audio/visual equipment & flip charts can be supplied by prior arrangement.

Ladybower Room
A bright room with natural daylight from two large windows at one end. This is an ideal venue for a business-like no-frills meeting.
Seating 30 theater style and 20 in traditional board room
fashion.
Flip charts, OHP and projector are readily available for
your use. Water and drinking glasses are included.
Coffee and light refreshments are normally served in the
Ladybower Room, whilst lunch is set out either in the
restaurant bar or members bar area.
Wireless internet access for laptops.

Loxley Room
The lastest addition to our meeting facility the Loxley Room has proved very popular with both members and guests alike.
 | Located just off reception at the main
entrance it is a modern stylish facility.
Business-like, bright, air conditioned with flexible
lighting, ceiling mounted projector and smart
board - laptop presentations can be given
with ease.
Flip charts and cool water are provided.
Capacity 32 theater style and 24 traditional
board room.

served in the newly re-furbished
Members Bar.
