Casa Clara-Maria
Is 10 minutes from the town of Chiclana de la Frontera in the quiet residential area, Hozanejos.  It’s a detached bungalow set in its own private walled garden with its own pool measuring 10m x 5 m.
The bungalow offers excellent accommodation and sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably.  The double bedroom has an en-suite with bath and shower.  The 2 twin bedrooms share the family bathroom, which has a bath with shower.  All 3 bedrooms have warm and cold air conditioning, making it ideal for all year round holidays.
The bungalow also has a large lounge, which seats 6, satellite TV, DVD and CD player.  The modern, fully equipped breakfast kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and large fridgefreezer.    There’s also a table seating 6.
Outside, the pool is next to a large patio, which is overlooked by an open porch, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining.  At the back of the bungalow is a second dining area, decked and partially covered, it has a family sized BBQ for those long, hot summer evenings.  Patio furniture and loungers are provided for both areas. The garden is fenced for added safety to the pool
Getting there
The nearest airport is Jerez, which is only 40 minutes away by motorway and a new link road.  There are daily flights to Jerez from Stansted with Ryanair and from Manchester with Monarch.  Alternatively, Malaga is 2½ hours away and Gibraltar 1½ hours
Things to do
The Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light) runs along the Atlantic coast, from Tarifa in the south, to Portugal in the north.  One of Spain’s best kept secrets, it offers miles of unspoilt sandy beaches.
The fabulous La Barrosa beach is a 15 minute drive from the bungalow.   With 8 km of fine white sand and clear blue water it provides a fantastic clean safe environment for everyone.  The promenade has a number of small beach bars/restaurants.  Awarded a European Blue Flag, it’s widely regarded as one of the best beaches on the Andalucian coast
Windsurfing and sailing, canoeing and kite surfing can all be found at Sancti Petri, a 20 minute drive away. 
Once an old fishing village, the area is popular with locals.  Small family run restaurants prove very popular with families at the weekends.
Fancy a round of golf?  There are several fantastic golf courses within a 45 min drive, the nearest of which is a Seve Ballesteros designed 36 hole golf complex just 20 min drive away.  There’s a great driving range 15 mins away.
The town of Jerez is well worth a visit.  Famous for its sherry, names such as Tio Pepe, Harveys and Osborne all offer accompanied tours and tasting.  The beautiful city of Seville is also worth visiting and if you’ve time so are Cadiz and Gibraltar.
Whether you want rest and relaxation, sight seeing or a round of golf or two, there’s something for everyone.
