Accommodation: Casa Clara-Maria is a detached bungalow set in its own private walled
garden with private 10x5m pool. Includes double en-suite bedroom, two twin bedrooms,
family bathroom, large lounge with TV, DVD and CD player and modern, fully equipped
breakfast kitchen with table. There is a large patio next to the pool which is overlooked by
an open porch, ideal for al fresco dining. There is also a second dining area at the rear of
the property with a BBQ and furniture.
Location: Situated in the quiet residential area of Hozanejos, 10 minutes from the town
of Chiclana de la Frontera on the Costa de la Luz. The Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light)
offers miles of unspoilt sandy beaches. La Barrosa beach is a 15 minute drive from the
property. With 8km of white sand and clear blue water it provides a safe environment for
families and the promenade has a number of small beach bars/ restaurants. Windsurfing,
sailing, canoeing and kite surfing are all available at the old fishing village of Sancti Petri,
a 20 minute drive away. There are also several golf courses within a 45 minute drive away
and a driving range 15 minutes away. The nearest airport, Jerez, is 40 minutes away.
Malaga airport is 2.5 hours away.
