Accommodation: Four bedroom spacious villa sleeping up to nine people. Equipped with master
en-suite bedroom with spa bath and walk-in shower, double bedroom with en-suite shower room,
twin room, triple room and separate bathroom with bath and shower. Includes a dining area,
lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dinette and half bathroom (toilet and washbasin). There is a
double garage, garden area and solar heated pool directly overlooking an attractive expanse of
waterway. The Lanai area is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and large table. Free wireless
broadband is provided. There is also a private dock with seating where fishing is permitted and
a boat (if hired) can be moored.

Location: The villa is situated on an exclusive and peaceful waterfront community close to
supermarkets and not far from US Highway 19 where there is a large choice of diners,
restaurants, bowling alleys, specialist shops and multi-screen cinema. Sea Forest has a
community swimming pool, heated spa, sauna room, tennis
courts, golf course, boat ramp and private beach.
