Accommodation: Two bedroom, two bathroom first floor modern self-catering apartment sleeping six.
Facilities include digital TV, DVD player, gallery kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob & microwave,
washing machine, air conditioning and sun terrace. Set in beautiful complex with communal gardens,
swimming pool, children’s play area, tennis court and football pitch.

Location: Close to all amenities. Located 30 minutes from the historic city of Cartegena and 30 minutes
from Alicante. There are three 18-hole championship golf courses within five minutes as well as other
courses in the area. Playa Flamenca is served by two airports, Alicante (about 40 minutes away) and
Murcia (about 15 minutes away).
