Membership
Membership of the Club is open to all serving South Yorkshire Police Officers and members of Police Staff upon application, acceptance and the payment of a monthly subscription payable direct through salary, currently £1.05 per week. On joining the Sports Club you and your spouse/partner are automatically members of Niagara Conference & Leisure and Club 39.
Members of the South Yorkshire Police Sports & Social Club who retire from the South Yorkshire Police on pension are automatically Life Members of the Club without the payment of any further subscription.
Life Members are eligible to be members of the Club Sections, use Niagara Conference & Leisure and Club 39 facilities, remain in and take out additional shares in the Lottery.
Use by Life Members of local area facilities- Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham &Sheffield - including trips, is a matter for local negotiation.
Family membership of Niagara Conference & Leisure and/or Club 39 is available to the immediate family of Club Members.
Associate Membership of Niagara Conference & Leisure and Club 39 is available to fit and proper persons on the recommendation of a current member, acceptance and the payment of an annual subscription.
