shares. Each share is four weeks so that the time of year is rotated for each share. This means

£5,000 pounds in today’s values. The owners pay an annual service charge which covers
everything including water, electric, insurance etc.

There is one share available for sale at the moment, the owner had many happy
holidays at the house.

Accommodation: Detached, single storey villa with fully furnished lounge, dining area and
fitted kitchen. Three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one twin) and two bathrooms (one en-suite).

Location: The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, located around a 15-minute pleasant
drive away from the nearest beach. Clearwater beach is about 45 minutes south. There are
several wildlife theme parks within a short drive, the nearest of which is Wikee Wachee. There are
well over 20 good-standard golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Orlando and the theme parks
are approximately a 1hr 30 minute drive away. The location is mainly residential with a good mix
of permanent and holiday homes. There are lots of shops in the area and a vast variety of
restaurants and bar/ grill outlets within minutes. The nearest airport is Tampa International which
is a 40-minute drive away.
