Description

The Shooting Section encompasses all disciplines and has the use of the Force training facility at
Warmsworth, Doncaster.

Target shooting can take place at 25, 50 and 100 metres with rifle, muzzle loading rifle and muzzle
loading pistol.

Our Club has rifles available for newcomers to use and the ranges can be opened regularly for
target practice by any one of four officers who are qualified key holders to the range complex.

The law requires that all newcomers to the club, with the exception of firearms trained officers,
are to undertake a probationary period of six months during which time they will receive instruction
in the safe handling and use of firearms.
