Description

The Snow Sports section is dedicated to providing members the opportunity for them and their immediate
family to learn or just partake in Skiing and Snowboarding at Sheffield Ski Village.

Lessons and sessions take place on the first Monday of each month from October to the following March. This
provides members with a one hour session including lessons and equipment hire where required.

Membership of the section costs £20 per adult member and £10 per Child Member for the 6 month period.

The Section also enters a Team each year to the National Police Snow Sport Championships. All are welcome
to attend the Championships as a supporter or just utilise the trip for their own winter Holiday, or even be a
member of the Race Team. The races cover Giant Slalom, Slalom and Nordic Cross Country for skiers and a
range of events for Snowboarders.

There are 60 members in the section.
