THE PROPERTY

A modern two bedroomed duplex situated in the Spanish village of El Mojon on the border of the Costa Blanca/Costa Calida.
The property is south facing, sleeps four people and is just 400 metres from the beach, with views over extensive garden areas.
It has two bedrooms with built in wardrobes, two bathrooms, a modern fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area.
Also has the benefit of a balcony at the front of the premises, a tiled front patio, private enclosed rear patio area, with an outside shower.

It is well equipped with satellite TV and video, CD player, all kitchen appliances/utensils, washing machine, BBQ, hairdryer - in fact all you need for a great holiday, including a bottle opener and corkscrew !

THE AREA

EL Mojon is situated at the southern end of the Costa Blanca, with a long wide stretch of fabulous sand which is ideal for sunbathing. There are a selection of bars and restaurants in the village, with an excellent Spanish restaurant situated on the promenade.

The village of Torre de la Horadada is a three minute drive away or a stroll on the beach. Here you will find an excellent harbour, where you can sit and watch the world go by and take advantage of the local bars and restaurants.

The nearby towns of Pliar de la Horadada, San Pedro and San Javier all have an excellent range of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tourist information centres and banks.

There are no less than FIFTEEN golf courses within a 45 minute drive. These include Villamartin, Mosa Trajectum, Roda, La Torre, La Serena and Mar Menor Golf Resort.

Travel south for five minutes and you come across the Mar Menor - an inland sea with great beaches and facilities.

FLIGHTS

Alicante airport is a 50 minute drive north and Murcia (San Javier) airport is just 10 minutes drive south. Low cost airlines including Ryanair, Jet2, Monarch, Thomson Fly, Easy Jet and BMI Baby fly direct to both these airports.

PRICES

The price is for a maximum of 4 people and includes gas, electricity and water charges., with a change of linen and towels every 7 days. Please bring your own beach towels.

Prices range from just 220 euros per week in winter to 350 euros in July and August.
