Accommodation: Detached three bedroom villa with one double bedroom and two twin rooms, all en-suite. The property has recently been completely refurbished and has a modern kitchen, reverse air-con in every bedroom and the lounge, insect blinds on all bedroom windows, satellite TV and double glazing throughout. There is a rear tiled garden with vine covered dining area and access to the shared swimming pool (there is a small charge for use of the pool). To the front of the villa is a large entertaining space and BBQ which overlooks the remainder of the Cortijo Grande valley. From the roof terrace there are views over the golf course, the Sierra Cabrera mountains and a distant view to the sea.

Location: The villa is situated within a small group of similar villas immediately next to the Los Limoneros bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Mojacar is a thriving seaside resort with extensive sandy beaches and numerous children’s play areas. The adjacent fishing port of Garrucha has a lovely promenade, a weekly street market and many fish restaurants. Cortijo Grande valley is just 10 minutes inland from Mojacar and is a virtual green oasis. It hosts a 9-hole golf course and five good quality restaurants. There are also many restaurants, including Indian and Chinese, in the nearby town of Turre. Almeria airport is 40 minutes to the south while Alicante and Murcia airports are about two hours away.
